Step 1: Choose your intensive
First up, pick which kind of intensive you’d like to do. Choose between a brand intensive, web intensive and Shopify intensive depending on what your biz needs. Then enquire using the form at the bottom of this page. If you’re wanting to combine a brand and web/Shopify intensive, check out The Brand Blow Up. This is our signature service which combines the best intensives for the ultimate brand transformation.
Step 2: Secure your spot
We’ll jump on a discovery call, get to know each other and chat through your project before locking things in. If you need some help choosing a package or if you have any questions, this is the perfect time to ask! After our call, we’ll send you through a proposal, contract and deposit invoice. Once this is finalised, you’re officially booked in - get excited!
Step 3: Prep for your project
After securing your spot, you’ll be invited to your private client portal. Inside, you’ll find some prep work you’ll need to complete before we get things going. The prep work helps us get on the same level and gives us the deep understanding we need to make magic happen. If you’re doing a web intensive, you’ll have additional prep work to complete (like uploading your website photos and copywriting) so everything runs smoothly on the day.
Step 4: Design time
Time to hand over the reins and start planning your launch! This is where the fun really starts. Once it’s design day, we’ll start on your project bright and early, and we’ll get it over to you within 1-5 days depending on your package. We usually have some additional catch-up calls during the intensive so you can stay in the loop as we make progress!

I’ll be honest with you - I know how you’re feeling. I know what it’s like to be working hard on your business, day in, day out. I know what it’s like to be wearing all the hats and doing all the things, but struggling to find any time to upgrade your biz. A few years ago, that was me – but I finally got off the hamster wheel when I was able to build a brand presence that did the selling, the connecting, and the converting for me.
Now, I see this same transformation happen with my clients time and time again: they go from busy and stressed (with NO time to work on their brand) to achieving total brand bliss – and we do it in days with our intensives.

The limit does not exist! We have certain days set aside for feedback and revisions during the process.
It sure is - all of our intensives are 100% custom and unique to you. We don’t do templates or cookie cutter brands over here – your biz deserves better than that.
Once you’ve approved the work at the end of our intensive, it’s final. We allocate plenty of time during the intensive for feedback and revisions, but if you do end up requiring changes after our project, you can book a half or full design day with us (at a discount since you’re a returning client).
Nope – we do work fast, but we never compromise on quality. With our design intensives, you’re getting the same top quality Olive St work in a timeframe that actually feels good.
Although our intensives are quick, we allow plenty of time for feedback during the process. If you feel like you need more, we can chat about booking an additional half or full day to give you extra time to think.
